My next project focuses on the seaside. Rather than looking at the obvious items of the beaches, i wanted to explore the remittances of what is left on the shores. Exploring what is left from beach campfires. How the beach is enjoyed through seafood, fishing finds to seashore.
Observational drawings and sketches help in preparation for development.
Mark making and texture is created with various materials
The messy part......colour mixing sampling/developing to finals designs.
My final six wallpaper designs presented with painted co-ordinated beach-style rope.
